Disliked: Overpriced and breakfast wasn't even included.

Had dinner in the dining room and ordered chicken soup - there was vinegar in it, it tasted awful and had to be returned.

Liked: Clean; quiet; front desk personnel were awesome.

Disliked: There were no clean towels left in the room on our second day, and the bed was not made. I didn’t care about the bed, but I did care about the towels. When I called the front desk she said I could come to the front desk to get the towels!

Liked: The waitress in their breakfast cafe was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: We were received very rudely. Really the staff at the desk should be trained to at least crack a smile when you arrive not just stare at a screen and tell you to wait. « Hello I’ll be with you shortly » would have done it. We got a « wait » and a roll of the eyes. Our room wasn’t ready on time. ( we had to freshen up for a wedding at 4 and couldn’t get in until 3:30 even though check in is at 3:00) we had booked a room for 3 adults and were given one with one double bed. We requested an air mattress and one of the pillows had a blood stain on it. Very uncomfortable with our stay. Everything was a bit grubby.

Disliked: Would have liked a room for 3 with a king sized bed
