Liked: The room was clean new carpet updated modern roomy mattress was amazing ! Most hotels have soft coil mattress this was a medium no coil mattress . Ate breakfast there amazing - love the all day ice water w citrus - lobby stools chairs whole set up so comfortable- cute gym ( clean) pool clean nice - great hotel
Disliked: AC Was leaking I put room 433 told Front desk when we left - but everything was so excellent that we didn’t care

Disliked: We had to be there due to storm Debby No elevator for our 4 days stay my husband is in wheelchair and we were on 2 nd floor it was nightmare two staff members made it bearable one was YURI behind counter other was the lady in charge of breakfast and 2 men and a housekeeper got us to our vehicle with luggage swimming pool was never cleaned it is a beautiful hotel though we understood the storm issues but we can’t justify almost 5 days without elevator and pool being full of debri we probably won’t stay there again
