Started off great, ended terribly.

Liked: The location was great, check in was great, the lady that checked us in was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean.
Disliked: We were in a room that had a conjoined door to the room next to us. Around 130am we were awakened by our neighbors blasting music and singing and talking extremely loud, we initially tried to ignore it but couldn’t. I called the front desk to complain and they said they’d send somebody to investigate. That never happened! I called again at 330am because they were still going at it. This time they actually sent someone to the neighbors door and got them to lower it down. I had to be up 2.5 hours later for my daughter college welcoming day, my night/day was ruined. I wish the front desk would have taken care of it the first time I called.

Liked: Check in was easy, staff was sweet and helpful. The room smelled beautiful! Fresh! I liked that it had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The beds were very comfy. The full size mirror was amazing. Wished more hotels had this. The towels were so soft and plenty of them.
Disliked: I didn't care for the TV, changing the station was oddly slow. Shower was really high and water pressure was not very strong.
