Liked: The staff are friendly and the public areas are very nice.
Disliked: The bed was exceptionally hard, and the towels were pretty rough. To be charged for parking in a public lot is ludicrous.

Liked: For the price within the location it was average and liked that it was quiet during most hours.
Disliked: Unfortunate that there was no breakfast included with the price of the stay. Otherwise, would consider booking at this location again.

Liked: Nice, comfortable, and in an accessible location. A 20 minute drive from the city and SD attractions (Ex. SD Zoo, Seaworld, Old Town). I liked how Rancho Bernardo has various food spots and stores like markets and pharmacies. Very convenient.
Disliked: No daily room service. They start room service the 3rd day of your stay (we were there 4 nights, so, not cool!). However , whatever daily necessities requested, they will bring it to you. It was unfortunate to find out room service wasn't on the daily because it’s pleasant to come back to a tidy room after a long day. The stay was not cheap either for that service not to be included like most hotels include. They also charge for parking , $15 a day. Not like the parking is exclusive or so safe. Maybe they should do that when someone wants the garage parking. A parking fee for a lot shared with other businesses is ridiculous.
