fair, a little bit unpleasant

Liked: I didn't eat at the hotel. It was close to the hospital and I had a relative recommend it.
Disliked: The pillows were the worst I've ever encountered at a hotel. My sister loved them so its just matter of personal choice.

Liked: it was convenient .made a nice drive to our event. we enjoyed the short drive to visit our favorite downtown San Diego spots.
Disliked: would like a pillow selection...the pillows were nice soft but a few sturdier pillows would have made watching tv more comfy!!

Very clean and nice stay

Liked: The hotel and rooms are very clean and spacious. There is a nice looking bar and a lot of snacks and rinks by the reception desk but I didn't try either of them. Location is very good if you are visiting the north San Diego area since it's really close to the I-15 freeway. There is a very good Mongolian BBQ restaurant across the parking lot from the hotel.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance when I was there but they probably would have been just as nice as the room.
