The hotel was nice but,...

Liked: The property & room were nice . Everything looked updated & clean .
Disliked: The person working the front desk with short hair & tattoos on her arms. She was rude & not very helpful. My company booked the room but, didn't submit payment & she made it difficult to process payment . I waited around about 45min-1hr to get it taken care of . I know she deals with this kind of thing all day but, there's no need to be rude . Just explain how to resolve the problem & get it done with or without a smile .

Room was wonderful.

Liked: Had construction in the lobby I was not aware about the pool being closed.
Disliked: Front staff was horrible and advising about pool being closed
