Staff awesome! Room decent. Will...

Liked: I think that the hotel is not a Hilton type actual hotel. The staff were awesome. But I feel like a Fairfield inn randomly decided to be a Hilton so y’all slapped the name on a random hotel and tried to make it more than what it is if you ask me. Also, all of the fees are ridiculous three different taxes. I live in Dallas and have traveled too many different states I’ve never had to pay ridiculous amount of charges like I did at the Hilton Garden Inn. I was charged for breakfast when it was already included when I initially booked my hotel that Friday the only reason I got some form of a refund is because I called a day or so later to complain about the situation and say, what are these tip/taxes and fees for why is my bill of $400?
