Superb

Liked: Enjoyed the quiet area of town and easy to access from the highway and frontage road. Great location for access to shopping centers and restaurants.
Disliked: The first day of our stay the restaurant raised its prices by about $5.00 per entry on the menu. We only ate there once because of the price increases.

Pleasant

Liked: The location and it had an inside pool.the overnight clerk was really sweet.
Disliked: The elevator was out of order for a day which is an inconvenience bc we have an adult child that is disabled, used a wheelchair. The water was out alot. They said "we can't control it". You can let guests know before we arrive to make other arrangements.

Liked: Close to airport
Disliked: Phone didnt work. Toilet didnt work and they didnt change our room when we complained. The water was turned off. After that, we had to lift the bulb in the tank to flush it. Did not measure up to a 3.5 star hotel .

Disappointing

Disliked: Room smelled like mildew. Management did not get back with us.

Liked: My kids and I enjoyed everything about the hotel. We wold definitely start again.
Disliked: Breakfast was not free but not a deal breaker.

Exceptional

Liked: Price and location
Disliked: The pool was in the middle, and was loud. Staff was more concerned about gossip than helping. Ceiling was peeling in bathroom and sink needs to be recaulked. Shower leaked and towel rack was in shower, so towels get wet.
