Disappointing
Liked: The hotel is "pet-friendly". The woman at the front desk assured us the rooms were cleaned very well between guests.We did not bring a pet and do not have a dog. We would never want a dog to be harmed or treated poorly but we do not care for dogs in a hotel room. The first room we were to occupy smelled very strongly of dogs which to us was very obnoxious and indicated that the room was not cleaned well. We went right away to the front desk where the attendant gave us a different room which did not reek of dogs.
Disliked: Being given a room that smelled strongly of dogs.Otherwise, the room was adequate but over-priced and kind of run down.

Liked: Hotel was nice. Breakfast food was good.
Disliked: How their system double charges for your stay and puts a hold on your money double. Then, when you try to address it by talking to a manager, the staff lie and say they will call you and even hang up on you multiple times. Then we came back another time and was treated like a dog by a breakfast waitress. We asked if we could get a table wiped and she soaked it then we asked if we could get something to dry it and she picked menus up off the wet table she sat them on and slapped them agaist her body meanly. Then, he said rudely, "Is that all you need and walked away without serving us at all. Then came back with a rude attitude again. Then we got served by a different lady, and our eggs was over cooked, french toast was raw, and the adventures of being treated like crap continued. Still no call from a manager again like the first time. Again, he asked to talk to a manager and lied they would call and never did. The staff doesn't have a manager call and manager if you get to talk to them, don't care. I have been to many hotels across the states, and this is not how a hilton should be. Motel 6 management has way higher care for their customers. I am very baffled by the experience. Not just once but twice
