Disliked: Found poop had to re make my own bed and found somebody else clothes in my room. Housekeeping did not clean my room.

Good stay and comfortable.

Liked: Room was comfortable, quiet location.
Disliked: No complaints staff was friendly, and room was as displayed on booking.

The hotel experience was great,...

Liked: I liked the friendliness of the staff in the breakfast area. They were all smiles and always offering to help on anything. The food choices are great. Hot foods were properly cooked. Good job, everyone! I would use the hotel again because of this excellent experience.
Disliked: I would like to see other staff smile, say 'Hello', etc.

Breakfast Should Be Complimentary!

Liked: Hotel was nice and clean, has a pool and hot tub.
Disliked: I was extremely disappointed that the Hotel charges for Breakfast! I paid $251 for one night and was expected to pay $16 for breakfast. That is ridiculous and I will not stay here again unless the company changes that rule. Breakfast should be complimentary.
