Disliked: Pool was closed Grill was for Homewood side but we were allowed to use it just for it to take hours for someone to light. Breakfast was also 17$ a person.

Liked: The staff was attentive and helped me with my questions. I commend all of them.
Disliked: It's been a minute since I stayed in a hotel, but I chose the Hilton, vs a BnB , for the services daily. Imagine my dismay when I learned that my room would NOT be cleaned daily unless I requested it. That fact was NOT in my contract and I only learned that when I returned to a messy room, with trash in trash cans because I had not requested cleaning daily. I'm paying Hilton rates for service. If I didn't want service I would have been at Motel 6. Further, when someone, or some AI, texts me and asks me if they can do anything and I reply with "I would like a comfy throw" please send an extra blanket to my room. Don't just disappear into silence.
