Horrible

Liked: Front desk staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: 1) Security lock on door was so loose it was about to fall off the wall2) toilet seat was so loose it was close to falling off3) faucet on sink was hardly installed 4) bathtub didn’t have any anti slip material so a shower was dangerous 5) elevators got stuck

Disliked: Mopping the floors at 9:00 am maybe not good as it was slippery outside the elevators as guests were departing!
