Liked: The staffs customer service with A1.
Disliked: It was a little expensive however the room was clean and the staff was nice.

Great place for my business...

Liked: Great location for the work I had to do at the U of Rochester Medical Center. I was able to walk to work, even in the cold, with no problem. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and I also enjoyed eating at the Hotel's restaurant, Grappa. Without the cold and COVID, it would have been even better.

Liked: Proximity to UR to drop off my son who is a student. Staff lovely. Facilities comfortable and clean. Grappa restaurant in hotel very convenient and delicious during Covid restrictions.
