Liked: Great value for the room and good arrangement with the next door garage for free parking with first floor parking spots for the hotel.
Disliked: No electric vent fan for the bath room to clear moisture from taking a shower. Also room walls (at least one) needs brighter color...room felt dark.

Liked: proximity to the arena we were going to see a concert.
Disliked: we were not waited on at the Hotel restaurant. after 20 minutes of being ignored , with out getting any service. Had to have our dinner at the arena.

Liked: It is updated and nice looking.
Disliked: I had to clean the tub to the jacuzzi.. The button got stuck when I was trying to get out and no maintenance available to turn it off. 11 pm at night, the desk clerk was not helpful told me to close the bathroom door to sleep. The jets were throwing water

Liked: The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Liked having a refrigerator and a microwave. Parking was free and convenient.
Disliked: Room was fairly small. Breakfast was confusing. There's a "continental" version that's $7.50 and a full that's $11. But its unclear whether the wait staff gets some or all of each, or who serves, or do you get some yourself, or will she get anything? Seems to me for an extra $10 and include the breakfast it would be be better. Pastrami sandwich at hotel restaurant was all fat.

Disliked: When checking in I wasn?t asked if I preferred any type of accommodations. Meanwhile, less than half of the hotel was booked. The amount that was going to be held on my card was not reviewed with me nor was I directed to the elevators or informed of any other accommodations the hotel had. I?m guessing I would have had to count in the internet for this. Then the breakfast staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. I felt rushed since the closing time was at 10am. The cook came over and asked if he could but the food away since they close at 10. This is extremely unprofessional. When checking out I was asked how was my stay and I continued to inform the staff of my situation with the restaurant staff he ignored my concerns and showed no type of consideration. Again unprofessional and unfriendly staff who showed me no type of concern. Will not recommended this hotel due to the staffing. I would suggest better staff training.
