Liked: We had delicious meals and the staff was amazing. Our dog had a good time judging from his wagging tail. Easy and friendly The location was perfect with coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Found Rochester easily walkable great for dogs.

Disliked: The bar closed at 9-9.30pm, which is a shame as the reason I booked to stay there was that it stated there was a bar on-site. We had to go out walking for 15 minutes in the rain to find a bar that stayed open later.

Liked: Central downtown and easy walking distance to restaurants and places of interest. Right next door to the event I was attending.
Disliked: The hotel is in need of refurbishment. Beds uncomfortable and decor outdated for cost of stay. Housekeeping was terrible with beds not made properly or baths not cleaned.

Disliked: I am very disappointed with Booking.Com. We had added breakfast included in the final price. We checked out at 5:15 a.m. Breakfast was not served until 6:00 a.m. Our plane was to leave at 7:40 a.m. My sister is disabled. No porter on staff Sunday nor Monday. I had to bring our luggage in from the parking garage and to our room. There was no shuttle available on Sundays nor Mondays. I planned on returning our car Sunday evening, taking the shuttle back to the Hilton Hotel, and return to the airport Monday morning by shuttle. I chose this location due to the shuttle availability and breakfast included in the final booking price. Due the inconvenience of the entire stay and lack of help (porter, no shuttle, no breakfast and the coffee pot did not work), we should be compensated greatly.
