Probably will not stay here...

Liked: Day of check out—staff stored our luggage — due medical appointment—-left motel early—- our room key was deactivated so upon return to collect luggage had difficult time getting back into motel threw skywalkSwimming pool very cool, area very messy with HALF DEAD plants. Not inviting.

Nice hotel & location central...

Liked: Location was close to everything I needed
Disliked: It was under renovation in the main lobby

Not worth the money spent...

Liked: Breakfast was good but costly. Rome was good but noise level was terroble facing street. I woke up both morning from traffic noise outside.
Disliked: Lobby was under construction and cold and dusty. Your food prep for breakfast was right next to this open for all types of dust and noise. And since we are members we thought waters were free. We were inform by front desk that we were not at a certain level only have he looked us up. So no greetings as a member.

Our time there was nice...

Liked: Breakfast was quite tasty. Waitresses were very friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Nothing

Great location but under renovation.

Liked: Great downtown location with skywalk access to the Mayo Clinic and near several great restaurants.
Disliked: It would have been nice to know that the property was undergoing renovation that closed their bar and lounge and the breakfast area. The carpet in our room was stained and the bed was uncomfortable.

Nice one night stay...

Liked: Our room was large, and the bed was decent. It wasn't super cozy, but we did sleep ok. It's close to the Mayo and other downtown areas. The Subway walk to the Mayo was super handy. The Galleria, through the subway walk, was beautiful and full of restaurants and stores. The hotel breakfast was deliciously hot, and the sweet server was exceptional. Valet parking was handy, and our driver to the Mayo was incredibly gracious by getting our doors for us and had great conversation as well.
Disliked: The hotel is currently under construction. The nightly rate was incredibly high, considering the other hotels just a mile away are so much cheaper and offer free shuttling. The pool area is small. The area that you get to park in when checking into the hotel is right on the street. It's a little scary getting in and out of your vehicle there. In all, it was a nice stay, but unfortunately, for what they charge a night, I doubt we will be back.
