Disliked: The personnel at the hotel was not nice ,I eat at the restaurant was so bad and have no idea about costumer the food was horrible Please tell you employees to be much better and be happy.

Liked: The room was clean and quiet, the Front desk staff was pleasant.
Disliked: I stayed at the Hilto to tend to a Family emergency, I traveled from Maryland to Westhampton (7 hours). To see about my 93 year young Mother who is battling cancel. It was raining very badly, I was tired and hungry did not have time to deal with nasty rude people in your Restaurant. Your staff tending to the Restaurant both nights was very nasty and rude, unacceptable.

Liked: Both times we stayed at this hotel we had a great time. Service is excellent and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We had no issues.
