Liked: The staff was exceptional. Upon check-in, I was warmly greeted and was attended to before the kitchen closed. I arrived a bit later than I expected and was able to have a delicious salad and glass of wine. I would stay at your hotel again if the need arose for me to travel to and from Richmond.
Disliked: The room was very clean but had a scent of mold. I suffer from allergies and can be sensitive to certain smells.

Disliked: I thought I booked a suite which had two separate rooms like I was told but instead it was one big room. The room was good but could use a little renovation, especially in the bathroom.
