When showering the next morning, my husband killed a water bug that was the size of a .50 piece. The water in the shower did not run out of shower. I had to turn water off to bath so the water would run down the drain. The next morning, before check out, there was no receipt left under the door. On Monday morning, when my husband checked his bank account, there was an $844 charge on his account for a one night stay. Pay in cash upon checkout strongly recommended!

Liked: Modern design was good. Easy and quick check-in!
Disliked: Water bug in the bathroom. Bathtub was stopped up when taking a shower. Hotel charged husband's card $844 for one night stay.

Disliked: The hot hallways . There should be vents with some air circulation & smells musty put some type of fragrance in the hallway

Liked: Outstanding cleanliness, comfort and location.
Disliked: here was only one working elevator in the center of the floor, which meant getting downstairs to check out on Sunday AM took forever. We had to wait for at least 3 elevators before one arrived and opened with enough room for the luggage 'cart'. Since we had to make two trips (one to retrieve the car and the second to bring down our luggage cart), we spent 30 minutes trying to accomplish this, along with many other guests facing the same issue, all on a single elevator shaft.

Basically pleasant

Liked: The cafe and bar were pleasant, the seating area was good in lobby area.
Disliked: I enjoyed a drink at the bar to the tune of $17.00 and parking $45.00 a ripoff. Talk about sticker shock. You need to revist that.

Disliked: The hotel needs a complete overhaul. The area was dingy, dirty and outdated. For $225.00 a night it should be of a minimum standard quality.

Liked: Property itself was fine. The room was fine.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact they charge $42 a night to park your vehicle! That’s a ridiculous amount! Don’t like the fact either that I wasn’t aware of this fee before booking. They also charge a $150 hold fee to your credit card until you check out that I also wasn’t aware of. Thankfully we had the money in our account. They took the $84 for our parking out of the $150 fee. (Which I was told about at check in) Had I known about this before booking, I would’ve tried a different hotel! There’s also no pool.
