When showering the next morning, my husband killed a water bug that was the size of a .50 piece. The water in the shower did not run out of shower. I had to turn water off to bath so the water would run down the drain. The next morning, before check out, there was no receipt left under the door. On Monday morning, when my husband checked his bank account, there was an $844 charge on his account for a one night stay. Pay in cash upon checkout strongly recommended!
Liked: Modern design was good. Easy and quick check-in!
Disliked: Water bug in the bathroom. Bathtub was stopped up when taking a shower. Hotel charged husband's card $844 for one night stay.

Disliked: I live in DC I stayed at the hotel to avoid having to get an Uber to Reagan National Airport. Still had to take one. Waste of my money I could have stayed home and saved money. TV didn't work in the room and had to call for service. Won't do it again.

Liked: Lobby Bartender was fantastic. He kept the bar open an hour late because we were having a good time. Front desk lady was really helpful trying to solve my problems.
Disliked: The first room I got had one bed… not the two requested. We take all of our bags back down the world’s slowest elevator to the front desk. Get a new room. Take all my luggage back up the world’s slowest elevator and carry it all the way to the farthest corner of the hotel, and guess what. Second room has ONLY ONE BED! Take all my stuff, and( I forgot to mention) also my 79 year old father carrying all his stuff as well back down to the front desk to get our third room of the day. There was an issue with checking into this room right away, and at this point I was ready to leave and get a new hotel. The front desk gal ended up pulling some strings and making some calls and finally got us into room with two beds. Stay was ok. My father was exhausted after taking a hour long walking tour of the hotel and had to take a break after we finally got into our room. So we lost a couple hours out of our only day in town. Highlight of the say was the hotel lobby bar. After having to return the rental car and having some of that process go sideways, I walked back in the hotel right before last call. The bartender kept poring an hour later than he needed to because we were having a good time. Had some laughs and good conversation with the bartender and the other patrons there. Good end to a kinda frustrating day. I can’t recall the bartenders name, but I would like to thank him once again

Disappointing
Disliked: The experience was awful. Only one of the two elevators was working, and we had to wait around 10 minutes just to get to our room. The TV didn’t respond to the remote, so I requested to have it fixed. When we returned, nothing had been done, and I had to ask again.One night, around midnight, the fire alarm went off. We were told at the front desk that it was a false alarm, but it continued for about half an hour, which was extremely disruptive.We also asked for the room to be made up. While the towels and amenities were changed, the beds were not made, which was disappointing.
