Super customer service
Liked: Customer service ! Tyler at the front desk is your shining star ! Bikers ask if they (Hotel) had a bike wash station ?Tyler jumped into action providing rags and a bucket to set up the bike wash ! When we were hit with a South Dakota thunderstorm the wing blew over a motorcycle and Tyler was right out there helping pick it up . His genuine concern for people to be comfortable and enjoy their stay was refreshing.
Disliked: A little off the beaten path, but that provided a quieter setting.

Radisson Country Inn & Suites...
Liked: Staff was REALLY friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Hallways were quite dirty and rundown. One of only 2 elevators was broken, and the "working" one clearly wasn't quite right. My room door could not be locked except from the inside, meaning it was UNlocked any time I had to leave. (I did not ask to have it fixed or move though since I wasn't going to be away for too long.)

Ok but could of been...
Liked: Location was good, Tyler was helpful at the front desk and Yanna was helpful at the restaurant
Disliked: Room wasn’t ready on time, obviously they are short staffed which made it a challenge. Hallway carpets needs cleaned or replaced. First day after waiting for our room the hotel had no water, yes the whole hotel, when they got it back on 3 hours later we had no hot water, had to wait 2 more hours for that. The next day the power went out for 3 hours and I noticed the emergency lights was not working in some of the halls, don’t seem right and the odd thing is some rooms had power and some didn’t which was strange. The breakfast chef showed up half the time forcing them to have a buffet breakfast instead of being able to order something. Only one elevator was working so in the morning as everyone was leaving the hotel it was frustrating to have to wait on it. We were not offered any compensation other than a free breakfast one day which was disappointing.

We were disappointed.
Liked: The location and that our room was on the first flloor.
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast coffee that was offered was cold so tried to use coffee pot in room it didn't work. The bathtub shower was broke had hold it just so or it would pull apart. The pool area was not clean and way too much chemicals used so we did not use it. We stayed here a couple of years ago and it was really good then but this time was not good.This hotel cost142 for the night and it was not worth it .
