Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh/Crabtree Valley

I won't be back.

Liked: Check in and check out was easy.
Disliked: Was never told about funds being held on my card which caused a negative balance in my account because the hold didn't include my stay amount.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!

Liked: The property was beautiful! The lobby was so adorably decorated and welcoming. Lots of places to hang out and chat. We didn't get to test out the pool but it looked very clean! Our room was as expected and was what we seen online. Spacious and very clean. There were lots of extras they threw in. They have turn over service every other day which was lovely. The staff were very nice and happy to assist. We even lost a key and they replaced it free of charge, which seems like normal but some places do charge. The location is great, within several minutes of the Crabtree Valley Mall. Overall a great place to stay. We will definitely make this location our preferred hotel whenever we visit Raleigh! Thanks guys!
Disliked: The food itself wasn't all that great considering the prices. But again, the staff was great! We ordered a couple drinks at the bar which were delicious! I recommend the Lemon Drop Martini!

Stay elsewhere

Liked: The terrible bed and pillows clouded whatever may have been right with the stay. They advised me of the breakfast hours but didn't say I would need a voucher. I got a plate of food sat down and started to eat. A girl comes up and asks for a voucher. Breakfast cost me $21.60.
Disliked: The bed and the pillows. Worst pillows ever. The cost of breakfast without warning. Post a sign or inform guess at check in it's not complimentary.
