Liked: Monty our waiter and Bartender was AMAZING! He was funny, friendly and quick with our order and drinks.
Disliked: I looked all over the website and did not see a charge to bring my dog. When I checked in, I was handed a paper to sign for the dog asking for his name not telling me there was a charge, and then I was charged. I had to request my room to be cleaned, fresh towels etc. The front desk clerks were not friendly at all, but the bar and restaurant staff were extremely friendly. ran out of toilet paper on the last day. My daughter lives in Apex so i will be traveling there a few times a year and i was hoping to have a hotel to call home away from home when visiting maybe i should try doubletree in front of this hotel next time.

A great place to stay...

Liked: A great property to stay! The rooms were incredibly clean, the staff was super attentive and friendly. The breakfast is a paid breakfast, but all made to order and well worth the price!
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great! A big thank you to the team!

Great overall experience

Liked: Clean, no bad odors from hotel carpeting in common areas. Staff was nice and friendly, dining area and wait staff was very good, food was good
Disliked: Location was off the beaten path , too much gps time.
