Eh for a quick stay

Liked: Proximity to airport. They should me tin its in an industrial area. Truly a hotel to spend the night coming in from a late flight or leaving early.
Disliked: Didn't answer my question in this app. Advertise shuttle, but none was available. Construction in lobby. Front desk could have used another person. Checkin line was about 10 people and no space as lobby is under construction.

Comfortable and convient, very understaffed.

Liked: The rooms were comfortable
Disliked: Arrived during advertised shuttle hours and told the shuttles wasn’t running and 4 in the afternoon. Noted it was running an hour later. Only one person on the desk, was in line for checkin for more then half an hour after traveling nearly 24 hours. Water damage in the lobby, ceiling was literally falling down. Room wasn’t cleaned and no fresh towels.

Disliked: Tons of construction inside hotel, Breakfast not included, Original room tv wasn’t working but they quickly switched us to a new room.

Next time inform your patrons...

Disliked: I was never informed that I needed a parking pass and was forced to park 2 blocks away during a bad rain storm with a toddler and child.

Good choice for an overnight...

Liked: Checking in took two minutes if that. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was on time
