Liked: Hotel seems nice.
Disliked: We needed rooms right away but employee did not care. She said hotel fully booked. Then why booking application allowed to book and accepted payment? When I asked to cancel my booking she said she will but it was never canceled and using the situation they took full payment.

Services advertised not provided
Liked: It was clean and comfortable in the room.
Disliked: Staff was rude. They will not give you anything for a breakfast they charge you for if you leave before 7 and they will not provide a shuttle they advertise as part of booking if you fly before 6. They refused to refund me for both services not rendered.

Liked: Booking.com did not place this hotel at the right location on the map, it was not 8 miles away from the airport at all.
Disliked: I was not expecting dogs to be barking inside the hotel in the middle of night and woke the whole family up.
