Fine place to stay in...

Liked: Very big hotel in Providence. The location was fine. It had a big parking lot but confusing elevators to get to the loby.

Liked: Comfortable place, very pleasant personel but...l
Disliked: ... Everything depends on which side of the hotel you sleep. One side, you get the sea, my kids were there, extremely pleasant. The other side you get the interstate 195 and poor sound insulation (surprising for that kind of hotel). We slept not well at all, big disappointment.

Disliked: The carpet on the room was too old or used. Even was vacuumed, it was diete and smelly

Liked: Beautiful facility. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Appreciated upgrade to harbor view.

Conveniently located in Providence.

Liked: The staff is friendly. The hotel has a good gym. The location of the hotel is very convenient - to get in and out of freeways and also close to Brown University.
Disliked: Since they did not honor my Hilton Honors (this is something booking.com should work to resolve. I feel that travelers are penalized when booking a hotel through booking.com. They do not receive Hilton Honors credits and are treated as "second-class" citizens when it comes to the allocation of rooms). Of course, the hotel will not admit that directly. They will say, "Due to current high demand, we are sold out of rooms"
