Very disappointed

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Clean. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Our AC didn’t work. Shower door didn’t stay closed. Half the lights out in the bathroom. Our phone didn’t work. Alarm clock was missing. Shelf missing in fridge. Several outlets didn’t work. Front desk was clueless. Maintenance attempted three times to fix the AC. (Unsuccessfully) Never heard from hotel after complaining.

Liked: We chose the hotel for its closeness to several friends and locations we wanted to visit, and that was ideal. The facilities were clean, the staff was courteous. It was easy to make our visits and return to find parking spaces. Will book again on future trips.
