I'll look for the other...
Liked: Breakfast was bad. For the price we have to pay, it wasn't worth for the price.Second day was so noisy couldn't relax.Over all disappointed.
Disliked: Noisy. No phone answer for the front desk.Breakfast wasn't worth for the money that we paid

BEWARE DO NOT STAY HERE
Liked: The breakfast was ok. I did not enjoy the staff staring while you eat.
Disliked: The worst part of this story is the customer service reps (3 different ones were literally texting me the whole weekend). Our phone did not work and literally had no numbers and a poor connection, we had to go up and down the stairs all weekend(I’m pregnant mind u high risk at that). The first rep had someone take the phone. They took it and were supposed to bring another one and never did. We stayed 2 nights without a phone, ridiculous. A family of four staying 2 nights and we had to drop a body wash. Another rep texted me and asked if I had any concerns. I let her know about the body wash. She sent someone to replace the body wash and they sent us four mini samples of Neutrogena body wash. It was only enough for me to shower and we were there there the whole weekend with a pool so my kids need to shower. I had to go downstairs to get more body wash. Luckily the lady at the front desk was actually kind and had someone give us a proper bottle. I don’t know what the issue was, but I will never ever stay here again. Maybe race is an issue but I’ve been using Hilton for years and this is the first time I had so many issues. Definitely probably this location. Oh and we paid for breakfast yet were questioned like we were thieves everytime we sat down to eat. I spent 400 at that hotel this weekend and to be treated like garbage, never again. The worst part about it, the establishment themselves reached out to me and still has not rectified this situation run from this hotel. We didn’t even get an apology thats the .worst part. My kids were upset we even checked out early.

Very disappointed
Liked: Beautiful hotel. Clean. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Our AC didn’t work. Shower door didn’t stay closed. Half the lights out in the bathroom. Our phone didn’t work. Alarm clock was missing. Shelf missing in fridge. Several outlets didn’t work. Front desk was clueless. Maintenance attempted three times to fix the AC. (Unsuccessfully) Never heard from hotel after complaining.
