Liked: The king-sized room was comfortable and cozy. The environment was quiet, which was beneficial for sleep. The staff was courteous. He gave me complimentary water to drink.
Disliked: The bathtub was old, showing scratches on the bottom.

So very disapointed with this...
Disliked: When we checked in our room the carpet between the bed and the night stand was soaking wet. then while taking a shower the tub was filling up with water not draining. then we tried to use the pool and / jacuzzi but had to come back an hour or so later because there was a bunch of kids having swimming lessons . that was never avertized when I booked my reservation. and the tv was cutting in and out the first night the second day which was sunday I complained about the tv the lady working at the front desk sent maintenance to check on the tv . he could not get the tv to work so she changed our room from 309 to 308 for our last night. it was a horrible stay one thing after another was going wrong.Sunday's breakfast that we paid for was disgusting and monday we did not eat any breakfast even tho we paid for it in our booking. and we got no credit for monday's breakfast. the guy at check out would not make it right with us about the breakfast. the lady at check in was very nice.and did her best to try and make some things right. every other hotel that we stayed at had free breakfast buffet . oh and I forgot to also mention there was no cable tv only streaming.the hotel when you first checking in looked so fancy like a rich hotel . but was only for show . not real or even reality. the rooms were so old and out dated . I could not take any pictures of our stay for this reason. my husband and I were so disapointed with our stay. sincerly Shirley & Crispin Aragon.

Pet owners should look for...
Liked: quiet ,professional staff
Disliked: Pet owners beware 75$ surcharge even if you stay one night. Represents a 50% surcharge if you stay only one night. Surcharge amount should be mentioned when you reserve. Similar hotels only charge 25$

Disgusting
Liked: Marriott is next door. Go there instead/
Disliked: When I went to check in, I was told the room would be ready in 30-40 min. It wasn’t ready until at least 2 hours later. I was later told that “it was a mess.” Apparently the guests before us did more than just trash the room. It stunk. It stunk like a room you would pay by the hour. When I called the front desk to ask for some air freshener, because the stench wouldn’t go away, they offered to give me another room. If I wasn’t completely exhausted and stressed, I would have asked for that in the first place, but by that point, my two young daughters and I were unpacked and they were getting ready for bed. If the room was destroyed enough that it wasn’t ready by check in, and it had a lingering stench, why weren’t we given another room in the first place?In addition, the room was booked for 3 people. We were only given 2 full sized, and 2 hand towels. I do not blame housekeeping. I am sure they were spending so much time cleaning up after the guests before us, that they were more be prone to mistakes. When I called the front desk to request more towels, maintenance only brought up one full sized towel.The shower had a bottle of bath gel, which was empty.The toilet paper was thin and dry.The beds had no comforters and were made messily with thin sheets. The pillows sunk until they were flat when you put your head on them. I had a sore neck when I woke up the next morning.The ATM was out of service and the front desk was unaware until I told them.Even the wake up call was not easy to set.The day I checked in, rooms were being booked at 3/4 the price of what I paid.I never write bad reviews. The few times I’ve had complaints with hotels, I’ve taken them up with management and I’ve had them resolved at the time.I had a lot going on during our stay. I regret that I didn’t address these issues, but they shouldn’t have happened in the first place. We shouldn’t have been given that room. Such service is unheard of and completely unacceptable.

Great value and accommodations for...
Liked: Lacation is super convenient to 84, 9, and a cracker barrel and several other food options, and above all, near the Chapel of Sacred Mirrors. They're always staffed with friendly helpful folks, accommodate a late check out, and overall super clean and comfortable compared to similarly priced properties in the area.

It was convenient
Liked: It was easy to get to. Checking in and out was easy and if you want to can be contactless. There’s a pool and hot tub on the premises. Room is spacious.
Disliked: The room can be cleaner. The rug was outdated and stained. The bathroom toilet didn’t always flush. The shower pressure was okay, the shower head kept sliding off the fixture. There was a lot of noise in the evening. I was on the 3rd floor. The breakfast buffet option was too limited to be $17. There was no water in the rooms. You have to ask for it.
