Liked: verything was excellent
Disliked: The room was too warm. I turned the AC as low as it would go and the room the thermostat was in was cool but it did not travel to the bedroom even though I left the door open all day and night.

The hotel just got renovations!...

Disliked: The bed was hard! The pool and hot area was different and smaller than what was showed in the pictures! The parking was not included! The parking was $40.00 pre night! We parked out on the street and paid parking meter! There is no good parking for this hotel! I signed up for breakfast included! That was $15.00 pre person! It was highly priced for one night stay! The restaurant and bar that is there was good food and good people!

We enjoyed ourselves - dinner...

Liked: I liked the location - we liked that you could have breakfast or dinner at the facility... we would have had breakfast there both mornings but a staff woman was a bit too friendly and monopolized our conversation with our family. Then bumped into us later and followed us to the pool so we left and went back later. So the next morning instead of having breakfast there again we decided to eat out. She saw us and asked if we were coming to breakfast, followed us to our car and asked if we were going home, what are you doing? Etc.... very friendly and nice but we had only limited quality time with family so we planned this time to be together not hanging out
Disliked: The front desk staff was amazing- but housekeeping didn't seem to exist... I asked a housekeeper that I saw on the second day if they could bring new towels and they said yes but never came to do anything... I asked front desk for more towels and someone put them in a plastic bag and hung them on our doorknob instead of switching them out. We found them when we got back.

Disliked: Ants in pool room, food crumbs in pool, hot tub not hot, dirty room (blood stains on floor, dirty mirrors, dusty and food crumbs and hair everywhere this place is nasty

Liked: It was in a great central location, close to everything I wanted to walk to.
Disliked: Given the normal price point for this hotel, I would have thought it would have been slightly nicer. The bed linens were shabby looking and the bed frame was chipped. The bathroom floor was also sticky.
