Not real Happy

Liked: The room was comfortable. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. The front desk person was helpfull.
Disliked: Having to pay for water. This is provided free at all the other hotels I've stayed at. The bar was scheduled to stay open till 10 pm, it was closed before 8:30pm. I made sure to be back before it closed. The toilet flushing was very loud it, woke everyone up in the middle of the night. And charging for breakfast is not friendly either. Your the only one that has a breakfast that charges.

The couple complaint’s I had...

Liked: Location was perfect, right next to the freeway. I loved the setting amongst all the trees. Very beautiful place.
Disliked: The linen’s didn’t smell fresh, they didn’t smell bad exactly, it’s hard to explain. Kids were running around in the hallway for a few, but stopped after about 5 minutes, and quiet the rest of the time. And they sent me a text checking on the room, but after I was already in bed. I had to be up early because I was part of a car cruise and had a lot of driving to do.

Overall very comfortable stay

Liked: I like the location and rooms. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
Disliked: They made the parking paid which is not makes sense because they did not add any service any new stuff like security and more responsibility for your car. They just charge money even on the very open part of the parking were anyone can step in and broke/stole something. By the way the Hilton chain made parking paid for all the hotels at least in this area.

Great hotel but no extra...

Liked: Clean and friendly staff. Restaurant food was good quality.
Disliked: With the amount you spend for one night you’d think their breakfast bar would be free. No signage saying you had to pay for the continental breakfast. As I was leaving I found out I had to pay $15 for food that wasn’t that great. Fruit that wasn’t ripe, cereal, yogurt, and muffins. Free breakfast at other hotels is 10 times better than their $15 gas station quality food. I ended up just spending more money on room service for food that actually was edible.

Comfortable room, great staff, great...

Liked: Room very comfortable, fantastic breakfast, very kind and fun staff.
Disliked: The restaurant was small and not very cozy more like a sport bar, but it was ok for me.
