Liked: Staff was vey friendly.
Disliked: No hot water in the morning. No water pressure in the shower. It was nearly impossible to rinse my hair. We were not told that there was a charge for valet parking.

Liked: Staff was exceptional! So friendly and helpful! Location was also exceptional - right in the heart of Old Port
Disliked: Pool/hot tub area was not attractive or relaxing.

Besides the dirty comforter upon...

Liked: Friendly staff , great harbor view, walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops.
Disliked: Arrived to our bed with a dirty comforter. Cleaning service replaced it when I told them about it.
