Hilton Garden Inn Portland Airport

I arrived a little earlier and I was welcomed to check in. The front desk staff was very hospitable. I drink hot tea with milk, and the woman, I believe was Rachael, got me a cup of milk to take to my room, which was very helpful to me. The housekeeper (Teresa) was a doll; she showed me how to use the Keurig machine in my room. I would recommend staying there to anyone.

Liked: The pool was relaxing, and the hot tub nice and warm!
Disliked: Limited dinner menu; the food was delicious both nights I ate there; just needs more variety. Waitstaff very efficient and nice.

Disliked: Hot tub & ice machine were broken. Another couple got $50 taken off their stay because of broken hot tub in front of us but we couldn't because we booked through booking.com. Not impressed.

Disliked: noise from jet idling nearby was too loud to sleep throughstaff said they don't honor Booking.com breakfast offers (I paid extra for breakfast). After much discussion they did not insist that I pay the breakfast tab.
