I arrived a little earlier and I was welcomed to check in. The front desk staff was very hospitable. I drink hot tea with milk, and the woman, I believe was Rachael, got me a cup of milk to take to my room, which was very helpful to me. The housekeeper (Teresa) was a doll; she showed me how to use the Keurig machine in my room. I would recommend staying there to anyone.
Liked: The pool was relaxing, and the hot tub nice and warm!
Disliked: Limited dinner menu; the food was delicious both nights I ate there; just needs more variety. Waitstaff very efficient and nice.

Complete lack of services.
Liked: The proximity to the airport was exellent.
Disliked: We would NOT have booked the room if we had known there were NO services available. NO coffee maker, Not even a plastic disposable cup for drinking water. No vending machines. Nothing. No shuttle.

Liked: the proximity to the airport and shuttle in the morning.
Disliked: there was no coffee at 6 am when we left for the airport, limited snacks, the situation with coffee and water wasn't explained.

Disliked: Lady working the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional
