Disliked: My room had a couple issues the ac didn’t blow out cold throughout the room needed a fan to circulate the air, the light next to my side of the bed did not work and the vent in the bathroom didn’t work and somehow I didn’t have breakfast included when breakfast should be complimentary to a stay at any hotel, besides that everything else was great!

Disliked: The towels had some dirt on them. Lighting in the room near the mirror could have been better. Ev charging was present , but some spots weren’t working.

Excellent, friendly staff and amazing...

Liked: Friendly front desk clerks who made us laugh. The rooms were clean and everything worked.
Disliked: The waitress Saturday morning gave us a bill even though we had paid for lunch as part of the package. She apologized and said she has trouble keeping track. She was lovely though so I might be a training issue. The waitress on Sunday didn't bill us and said we should have been given yellow tickets when we checked in. The food was delicious except the orange juice tasted like it was expired
