Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Cranberry Pa

Liked: Very clean; easy to get to; very friendly staff.

This was an excellent choice for lodging as it was not far from the venue and was easy to get to.

Liked: When I booked the hotel, I did not realize that it was still under renovation. After I checked in and went up to my room, there were multiple construction workers working on the carpets. There was a lot of debris that we had to step over to get to our room.
Disliked: I did not like that. I was not made aware of the construction. I also did not like that I had to walk over debris, pieces of carpet and baseboards when getting to my room, especially on arrival. I feel as though we should have received at least one complimentary breakfast because of the renovations.

Liked: Staff were all very polite, professional, and helpful.
Disliked: The property was recently renovated, and there were a couple of minor punchlist type items the contractor missed in the bathroom. (e.g. faucet was not fully affixed to counter, but still functional).
