Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown

Liked: Hardwood flooring made the rooms feel more clean. Beds were comfortable and supplied Neutrogena products.
Disliked: Unable to control the room temperature. No continental breakfast. Parking price was too expensive.

Liked: Clean; friendly; great location.
Disliked: GPS could not recognize the address and construction near hotel.

Disliked: For the price of the one night stay we could’ve had a shower that worked.

Great Location. Reasonably Priced.

Liked: My son and I were attending a Pirates game at PNC Park. The Hilton Garden Inn is within walking distance of the stadium. We also attended a play at the Benedum Center... also within walking distance. The valet parking was directly next to the hotel. We never waited more than a few minutes for our vehicle. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Revel, was an excellent choice for all meals. The food was good, the staff friendly, and not overpriced. The room itself was clean and comfortable. It was a good experience and should we attend further games, I assume we will stay here again.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of that sort of bothered me.. the televisions in the room do not permit guests to log into their streaming services. Many hotels have added this feature. Our room only had cable, which wasn't terrible, but I would have much preferred the option to watch my streaming services such as Netflix or Prime.

Disliked: The heat was difficult to regulate and very dry. The restaurant breakfast was below average and expensive. The home fries were cold and tasted as they were cooked yesterday. The egg frittata which was piping hot was very oily and felt unhealthy.
