Liked: Hardwood flooring made the rooms feel more clean. Beds were comfortable and supplied Neutrogena products.
Disliked: Unable to control the room temperature. No continental breakfast. Parking price was too expensive.

Liked: Location Morning concierge gave us free parking
Disliked: Reserved 2-queen beds - got a king - wanted 2 to stay safe for my son who has stomach cancer. Evening concierge was not concerned and unwilling to try and make us happy with the situation because we booked thru booking.com and not directly thru them, even though we are both Hilton honor members and local customers

Great stay for NFL game
Liked: Hotel was great! Nice staff, great location, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed having a microwave in the room. Parking was convenient. Shower in room has great water pressure and was very relaxing.
Disliked: The only reason the stay didn't get my highest rating was because the room was a little on the smaller side and was a little tight for my husband and I.

Needed limited time with staff....
Liked: Location
Disliked: No continental breakfast. Homeless sleeping across the street after yelling at the building until midnight. Music blaring outside from the bar after 10pm when no one was walking on the street. Walks thin, you could hear everything. The buildings echo downtown so that made the noise elevated and you can’t do anything about that. Heard issues of trying to use a different card than what was used at time of reservation.
