Liked: New. Clean. Well designed. Professional staff. Priced competitively.
Disliked: There was a fee for breakfast. Spoke detector had a green light that flashed on and off all night making sleep difficult.

Liked: Very large rooms & very large bathroom! Large affixed tubes of shampoo, conditioner & soap to shower conveniently located. Jackson's restaurant on the premises had excellent food. Breakfast menu had great food
Disliked: Water not hot enough. Refrig in room didn't cool. Settings: 2 hrs or 8 hr. 2 hrs only op; 2nd refrig 8 hrs operation, but both did NOT keep the food cold. Leftovers lost. Garbage at elevators=box full of styrofoam leftovers so issues w/others lost food

Liked: Beautiful hotel, almost like sound proof rooms, very clean & comfortable.
Disliked: Not complaining by any means because it’s a beautiful hotel, but the extra 50$ (a night) for the hold is a little excessive..yes indeed you get that back after your stay but some banks it could take up to a week to get your money back!

Superb
