Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport

Great place to stay! Staff was friendly and willing to help with any issue. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was amazing. Great place to stay - will be back when I am in the area!

Liked: Nothing, I was charged for this stay even though when I arrived after a 5 hour flight, my room was not available and I had to look elsewhere for room at 10pm.

THE HOTEL COULD HAVE OFFERED...

Liked: the PROPERTY SEEMED TO BE CLEAN AND A NICE AIRPORT LOCATION
Disliked: I arrived at the end of a storm and electricity never came back on the entire stay, the staff was rude and offered nothing, I couldn't see in my room and asked them if i could get a soft drink they made me even pay for it hot from the market! even though there were multiple Hiltons around the area that had power, this hotel offered no transfers and we just paid hundreds of dollars to sit in the dark, AND COULD NOT EVEN TAKE A HOT SHOWER, by 5am the next morning when i left, the counter lady said they received word the previous night that the electric would not be back on until 3pm that day, so I believe they purposely ripped people off knowing there would be no relief and did not inform the paying customers that they weren't going to get electric anytime soon I stay at Hiltons all the time, but this was disgraceful way to handle a mother nature issue, I get it that it was circumstances BEYOND THEIR CONTROL, BUT TO NOT EVEN OFFER ANYTHING TO PAYING CUSTOMERS, AND KNOWINGLY NOT TELLING THEM THAT POWER WOULD NOT BE RESTORED IS AWFUL AND REALLY DOWNRIGHT CRIMINAL TO TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND YOU COULD NOT GIVE THEM THE SERVICES THEY PAID FOR

Liked: Nice check in but room facilities not great for the price. Then no one on front desk overnight until 6am and breakfast not available until after 7am which was too late for an Airport hotel of this type - so we missed it as did other guests.
