Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix/Avondale

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was top notch! Very friendly staff; nice quaint pool; nice comfy rooms and super great option for buffet style breakfast that is very reasonable!

Liked: The staff are very nice, professional & a good sense of humor! The staff are very helpful - from the cleaning staff to the front desk. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was easy to get to! The front end of the hotel is pretty & very pleasant
Disliked: The rooms were dated, but very clean!

Place is okay for adults,...

Liked: Breakfast was okay. Lots of options, would of liked pancakes, waffles or french toast for our little one in our included breakfast. Fruit was very fresh. Staff was very nice & attentive.
Disliked: The pack and play we were given was dirty and didn't lock safely for use. The bathroom ceiling had mold, thinking its due to no air vent. The tub had a yellow outline. While I recognize a variety of folks stay here, It would have been helpful if the room had some baby proofing (e.g. outlets covered, furniture that didn't move easily or is anchored). The ac unit should be higher or away from where little ones can get to it. Vents in the bathroom should be added to ensure Mold doesn't grow & expose customers to it.
