Disliked: coffee machine was broken in our room .We informed the housekeeping and front desk first day but they didn't fixed or change the coffee machine in our room. Room curtain wasn't working we informed the housekeeping and front desk first day but they didn't fixed.

Be aware this Hotel is...

Liked: The hotel was newish and was easy to find. It had a nice lobby and for the most part the room was nice. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: You really want to double check which Hilton you're staying at, there are several Hilton Gardens in the Tempe area, I had wanted to stay at the Tempe, but was at Phoenix-Tempe, using similar names is confusing. I ended up at the one NEXT TO freaking Freeway, 101, and on the Freeway side. This freeway, never has a quiet time. The rooms AC unit might be the noisest I've ever found, so between freeway, the AC Unit and a bed that wasn't comfortable. I had a pretty bad few nights sleep. I did use/have ear plugs as well. The mirror in the room was off the hooks so just resting on the floor. -So.... overall, I don't recommend. But I also accept that this experience might be a one off. Hilton is typically very good.

Liked: The staff is very friendly and kind. The location is so convenient… I come to visit my daughter and she’s only about five minutes away.
Disliked: The only thing that would’ve improved my stay is my rental car was an EV, so a charging station at the hotel would’ve been helpful

Disliked: Front desk individual at check in was RUDE !! Third visit using your hotel , I was so disappointed , have booked another visit with you , but have given serious consideration to looking elsewhere . Also new parking fee ?????
