Liked: The office staff ,especially the check-in person ,I think her name was Madison, was very helpful. She changed my room so I would not have to walk too far.
Disliked: The beds were too hard. The snacks were too expensive. The cleaning staff did not understand English because I asked for only fresh towels and garbage removed, my second night. Neither was done until we called the front desk.

Disliked: Better explanation needed upon arrival of coffee/ tea location and time of availability. We Found out about the hot tub too late( was almost closing time) and was told by another quest not the front desk. The 2 water bottles in our room should be complimentary not $3 dollars each. Hampton Inn provides them with no fee and unlimited.
