Passable

Liked: The room is clean and well maintained, looks refurbished recently. Had a sky roof in the room, nice source of lighting during the day.
Disliked: The breakfast restaurant has an open kitchen, but staff don’t wear headcovers or gloves. Many dishes and cups were visibly unclean, so I only attended breakfast on the first day despite booking it for the whole stay.The surrounding neighborhood also feels unsafe after dark.

Good stay with drawbacks

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. Location is good for supermarkets, but not so much for cafés and restaurants. One must travel further into the city. The park next door was good fun, but far too busy on weekends.
Disliked: Service was courteous but minimalist. Had to ask twice for anything (e.g., extra pillows, toilet roll, etc) and chase it up. Hand wash was put in the hand lotion bottle and vice versa in the bathroom, which we worked out, eventually. Child menu in the hotel restaurant is basic.
