Hilton Garden Inn Palo Alto

Immediately my boyfriend and I were greeted with a speedy check in and easy parking. Our room was clean and the walk in shower was nice. The location of the hotel was great and easy to get Uber to a concert. Would stay here again!

Liked: Great location and clean rooms with friendly staff. The hotel is in a good area and parking was super easy and not expensive.
Disliked: Dark rooms at night because of lack of LED/bright light bulbs in lamps.

Liked: Clean room and comfortable bed. Good size for 4 people. Easy to walk to restaurants and Walgreens.
Disliked: The elevator was broken. There was no water offered other than paying, and we weren’t aware of the elevator situation until we got there and tried to go to our room and we had picked a room that was close to the elevator. The hotel was full, so there was no other option And in the morning the cook didn’t show up so there was no breakfast offered.
