Liked: Friendliness of staff, clean room, very quiet, great location
Disliked: Bathroom was very clean but a little outdated

Horrible

Disliked: The hotel was completely out of hot water. Got up in the morning, needed to shower and shave before a work meeting and there was only cold water. Called front desk, they said it was out in the whole hotel. Didn't have time to check in at another hotel. Manager was supposed to call when came on duty at 8, never received call.
