Liked: My experience was a totally messed
Disliked: I was disappointed, we arrived on the 5th the hotel can't find our reservation even though I presented all the confirmation email and number.. we almost didn't get a room until we made noise before they can offer to rebook us and give us a last room that was left according to them.only one room was left. This is a bad experience I had with this hotel. I stood at that front desk for more than an hour fighting ,they making calls, connecting me to with them and were not even of help. It was an embarrassing situation I never faced. . I made my reservation on March 15th for arrival on April 5th for two nigt , and we arrived, they can't find my reservation. Very much embarrassing .
