Disliked: everything the walls was extremely thin woke my son up numerous of times the pool wasn’t accessible had to come back once the general manager was available to test the pool levels that should’ve been done before the pool hours was open the room was spaces but other than that the hotel sucked the elevator was worn down the carpet in the elevator was dirty

Liked: The outside of the property was clean and nice. The parking was great. The staff were very helpful, very friendly and professional. The room was pretty clean. The elevator was acting weird which made it very scary to ride. The pool area was a terrible mess. The pool was damaged (cracks) on the inside and the water looked foggy and unsafe. It wasn’t clear at all. The hot tub was also damaged and the water was foggy. The jets didn’t work. The door that led to the pool was broke and the maintenance guys were actively trying to fix it while ppl were in the area. The rooms central air system was not working properly. It remained in the same freezing temperature no matter what degree it was set it too. The tub and bathroom sink drains appeared to clog a little Everytime we used it. Most of the issues were maintenance issues but the staff was very good in assisting us with being as comfortable as possible despite the issues not matter what time of the day. Mr. Dalton who was the night manager was specifically very helpful.
