Liked: The location was great! Absolutely loved the gym, pools and hot tub. The staff members were friendly and the room was clean with a fantastic view.
Disliked: For the price, not to offer free coffee seems a bit ungenerous.

Disliked: I decided to check out a day early from my stay at Hilton due to an unpleasant breakfast experience, which is an important part of my hotel stay.The breakfast staff came across as superficial and unfriendly. When I asked what “grits” were (as I’m not from the U.S.), the response was simply “corn.” I asked again for clarification, hoping to understand the type or preparation, but the same answer was repeated with no effort to help me understand the menu.Then, when I received my Eggs Benedict, one of the eggs was smashed instead of properly poached. I returned the plate and explained that it didn’t look edible. The same staff member replied, “This is how Benedict eggs look.” I believe Hilton can do better.

Disliked: The spa only worked for three days. It was barely warm at the end of our stay. It was something my wife and I did every night.
