Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport

The Hilton Garden is the nice place to book your stay for one week or more. They have billingual workers (nothing can be hard to you if you can speak in English or French); Hilton is a good choice - crowded.

Liked: Spacious bedroom; the bedroom was located close to my favourite place, toward the airport.
Disliked: The hotel did not prepare the toothpaste in the bathroom, but the toothbrush was available, if we asked the housekeeping.

Comfortable

Liked: All good. Staff are helpful and understanding!
Disliked: Rooms can be renovated more but it’s not a dealbreaker.

Exceptional

It exceeded all my families...

Liked: The rooms were spacious, the shuttle was excellent all the staff (front desk, and restaurant staff) were outstanding!!! The property was clean and the location was perfect
Disliked: We were not able to get breakfast as our flight left at 6am and we had to leave your hotel at 330am. It was the only downfall especially traveling with a child, he was hungry and Tim Hortons was also not open at the airport at this time.

Convenient stay for an airport...

Liked: Convenient location and shuttle service, huge room, and EXCELLENT bar staff! The two bartenders who served me dinner were both amazing.

Good stay, I come here...

Liked: We were in room that hasn't been renovated yet so we know that the renovated rooms are nicer - but they will all be done everntually.
Disliked: The service is excellent in the restaurant, but the medium rare steak was well done. Apart from that the food was good.

Liked: Amazing front desk staff. Esther was awesome to deal with!!!!!!!
Disliked: When I went to the front desk initially, I was told there were no vacancies. I walked out to my vehicle to look for other hotels. The first hotel on Booking.com was the Hilton. I booked a room and walked back into the hotel to get my room key. What a backwards way to get a room!!!!!!!
