Nice Hotel, horrible front desk.

Liked: Room was amazing.Good selection of coffee in the bedroom
Disliked: Cold water for shower and no pressure.Staff was rude, don’t care about your inquires. You pay for parking lot, and at night I finished parking 2 blocks away in the adjacent parking hotel in the dark.Front desk wants to charge me (and they did) $400 ish for 2 nights, and I was showing to the lady my reservation in Booking.com for $262 and she was in denied to honor my reservation, crazy! But after argue, she did. Go, but know, front desk is not helpful at all.

Liked: Clean and pleasant.Close to Disney Springs and Vineland premium outlets
Disliked: The shower in our room was cold even after making reception aware and being told it’s all sorted it’s was still cold next morning.At breakfast although booked with full breakfast being told omelette was extra.

Liked: I liked the property was a quiet space.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the water pressure was low and didn’t get hot. The housekeeping didn’t come take the trash and changed the towels. One of the front desk staff bushed me off because I had a quick question.

Not the Hilton experience you...

Liked: The staff was ok, beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The parking costs were extravagant and not mentioned on the website before checking in. The shower handle was broken and had to be jimmied to work without falling off. Toilet needed fixing. Pillows were so minimal that you laid your head on them and it's like they didn't even exist. One of the 2 elevators was broken and we were on the top floor so walking the stairs was out of the question.
