Liked: I like the friendly and accommodating staff especially Oskar who was patient enough to deal with our situation regarding the bill.
Disliked: We thought we’re having a free breakfast. I hope that you’ll include the breakfast on the rate per night for the stay to be more convenient. Other than that, everything is fine.

Not worth the money.

Liked: The location was close by Universal Studios and Disney World. The breakfast food was also good.
Disliked: The curtains in our room did not shut. The hot tub was broken and we were not notified before booking. The stairs on our floor were locked which is a safety hazard. And our air conditioner was broken on our first night and had to be repaired.

Bad

Liked: Location to Disney World. Location to Interstate 4. Cleanliness of building.
Disliked: Elevator did not stop on the floor we were staying on. We had to stop on floor 4 and walk the stairs to floor 5. Parking should be free for guest and the price was different than the booking.com price I was quoted.

Disliked: At first my room was musty smelling, the fridge was off and smelled bad, and the bathroom stunk. After I turned the air and the fridge on and opened the bathroom door it aired out and was better. Housekeeping came in and did a very good job every day to make it better. The cabinet door was broken in front of the fridge and the toilet seat was barely screwed on
