My stay would have been...

Liked: I liked the property was a quiet space.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the water pressure was low and didn’t get hot. The housekeeping didn’t come take the trash and changed the towels. One of the front desk staff bushed me off because I had a quick question.

Stay somewhere else.

Liked: Front desk staff.
Disliked: Bathroom fixtures were broken. They move us to a different room and the bathroom fixtures were also broken.

Not the Hilton experience you...

Liked: The staff was ok, beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The parking costs were extravagant and not mentioned on the website before checking in. The shower handle was broken and had to be jimmied to work without falling off. Toilet needed fixing. Pillows were so minimal that you laid your head on them and it's like they didn't even exist. One of the 2 elevators was broken and we were on the top floor so walking the stairs was out of the question.

It was what it was!...

Liked: The staff was very friendly! It was really clean, and the breakfast was good. For the price we paid, the eggs could have been fresh and the potatoes seasoned and cooked a little longer but good!
Disliked: The staff promised to have the stuff fixed that was messed up in our room. NOTHING WAS DONE! Tried to transfer us to another room. Same issues. Asked for clean towels, didn't even get those.
