Disappointed

Liked: Parking was easy.
Disliked: I paid extra for a suite, and I specifically booked this because I was lead to believe a bar and restaurant were available in the hotel. The staff was nice however the bathroom drain was missing? Also the coffee pot in the room was broken. I paid extra to ensure we would have a place where we could relax comfortably. Instead it reaked of cigarettes from the casino connected to the hotel, and I feel like I could have found better value and a more comfortable place to stay. The staff were very nice. Your hotel, not so much.

Great staff!!

Liked: Location and the staff!! Super kind and friendly. EVERY single person we interacted with my so nice and had a smile on their face. Rare to see, but we loved it!!
Disliked: Room had garbage from other in the bathroom under the sink. Crumbs, spilled liquids and a shoe insole.
