Exceptional
Liked: It was SO close to our event. The staff was kind and helpful. There was a lot to do nearby. The free parking garage was also very handy!

Good, but lacking in cleanliness
Liked: The location and staff were great.the shower pressure and bathroom were great.
Disliked: The bedding had yellow stains in several locations. The bed themselves had massive yellow stains and a prettygood size blood stain.. Floors in hallways were a little dirty.

Disliked: My companion was upgraded to a junior suite while I received a plain room. The paint was chipped in several obvious places.

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Easy access to parking. Clean environment.
Disliked: Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Every hotel we've stayed at there is either no breakfast or a free breakfast. Shocked us when we were able to walk in and see their breakfast hours set up like you would find at most hotels, food sat out like all hotels that serve breakfast... so we grabbed some breakfast, sat down and a lady walked over giving us a receipt showing we owe $50 for breakfast for 3 people (2 adults, one child). Never have we heard of this before. Someone should have greeted us visitors as soon as we all walk in and tell us "good morning, go ahead and pick a table, breakfast menus are there on the tables, let us know if you have questions." At least explain this. Didn't feel welcomed at all as we walked in the breakfast area. Everything was set up like normal at any hotel. Threw us for a loop. Highly recommend changes to that so other visitors don't get stuck with a "not so free breakfast" as we had thought.
