We were there during an extra serious tornado outbreak, but the staff was very well organized and helpful! Thank God we were not in direct path of the storm but still appreciate the Hilton Garden Inn Midtown staff for their care!

Disliked: The pool area was dirty, had a giant clump of hair floating in it. The hot tub was murky, little to no jet pressure, and water was room temperature at the best.

Liked: The rooms were spacious, it was quiet and the staff was amazingly friendly.
Disliked: The "hot tub" was Luke warm, they had to get maitnece out to "fix it" but was still warm, not a hot tub at all. My mother's room was broken, ac wasn't working so she had no heat, the TV wasnt working, and the phone didnt work, when she went to the front desk the lady had replied theu dropped the tv and it had to wait till morning for it all to be fixed so my mom froze the first night and was sick on the second and third day.

Really disappointing overall.

Liked: Bed was reasonably comfortable. Liked the wall mounted soaps, lotions, etc Like the number of device charging options.
Disliked: Television had spotty audio. Only 1 cup with lid for coffee in room. Now for the biggie. There was zero cold water available, which we were not informed about upon checking in. Impossible to use tap water to brush teeth, etc Water got increasingly hot the longer it ran, so taking a shower was practically impossible. It was definitely unsafe because of danger of scalding. The hotel was aware of the problem and refused to do anything about it. Not a Hilton owned property. No manager available on the weekend. Supposedly we will be called on Monday. We will never stay here again!!
