Liked: Nice front desk staff, clean room, decent breakfast. Plenty of parking!
Disliked: Large homeless population around the area, but that is not their fault.

Disliked: Homeless people in the area walking everywhere someone sleeping on property by the door ..staff was rude and did not help when needed room had tabaco all over it people next door you could hear them making out all night no keep !

Disliked: Highway exit to airport was closed due to construction and was a hassle to get to hotel. Property description says no extra charge for pets however after a 14 hour drive when I went to check in there was a $75 pet fee that I paid because my reservation with booking was non refundable. The employee checking me in was rude and almost angry with me when I told him that booking site said there was no additional fee for pets which was a factor in booking that property. Also breakfast was not included and was $13.95 a person for a buffet that you get free at any other hotel.

Disliked: one of the employees was very unhelpful when my brother licked his room key and ID in his room. she wouldn’t go up with him and open the door to see his id. this was on May 18 th during the day shift. my brother had been a guest in the hotel for 3 weeks at this point and had gotten change from her for the laundry room 4 times! she knew who he was she was just being difficult
