Liked: The bed was very very comfortable! Great nights sleep! The room temperature was very comfortable. Everything was perfect but your customer service IS excellent. Friendly staff! Made us feel as if we had been there many times! Beautiful smiles, kind welcome and overall upstanding! This compliment is coming from someone who worked as a group sales/director of sales at a competitor full service hotel for 15 years. This was my first stay at a Hilton Garden and since I visit my son often at this location, this will be my hotel of choice from now on. Not one single flaw! Thank you to the staff, the cook who made our fluffy and delicious omelette, our server and the front desk attendant ! Thank you very very much! Ralph A

Liked: First of all the CK in person was out of these world,wow never been treated so special,he wanted to care for me,with my luggage , preceded in offering me water .the girls at bar wow best ever,I felt at home, breakfast best ever , people were so outgoing,even the guest,will definitely return ty y all God bless you ? all.
Disliked: To be honest I was looking forward ,in getting in the pool and hot tub,but they were closed,but very thing else was great ty
